Each Career Fair will be a 2 day event held on Thursday/Friday with around 5,000 participants expected on each day.

The first day is expected to be for students who will be brought in from the surrounding educational institutions and the second day for the general public including parents and other thought leaders in the community.

The broad structure of the career fair is expected to be as follows:
  • Booths
    • IT education providers
    • IT company booths
    • Association booths
  • Speakers identified by the CF committee from the IT industry to do audio visual presentations on respective areas such as:
    • IT/software industry
    • ITES/BPO industry
    • Education available
    • Career paths
  • Career counseling booths with Ministry of Education career counselors to individually counsel students on their career plans
