Regional IT-BPO Career Fairs aimed at next generation Sri Lankan workforce is a joint effort of the Private Sector and Government of Sri Lanka. While it is initaited through the ICTA ICBP program, success is largely dependant on the focus and contribution from the Sri Lankan IT-BPO industry.
